With 25 years experience in research and clinical applications at institutions such as The University of Texas, MD Anderson in Houston, Emory University Ophthalmology in Atlanta and The University of Texas Southwestern Campus in Dallas, Kathy was well prepared to take the reins as President of OP-marks in 2005. Kathy is a graduate of Marshall University where she earned a degree in Cytotechnology.
Charles is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and has degrees in English and Spanish. Since joining OP-marks in 2008, Charles has assumed the task of maintaining and acquiring the company's national contracts, contributing to the growth of OP-marks' domestic and foreign market share. Before coming to OP-marks, Charles worked in Buenos Aires, Argentina teaching English.
Patrick graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Child and Family Development after a career as a student athlete, playing football for the Georgia Bulldogs. Since graduation, he's held positions inside the University and in the corporate offices of Zaxby's Franchising Inc. Patrick manages production and shipping processes at OP-marks.
Sean received his nursing degree from the University of Nevada, Reno and later secured a Masters of Health Care Administration from the University of San Francisco. With 30-plus years of OR experience, Sean has held a multitude of different administrative positions at major teaching institutions across the US. For OP-marks, he specializes in supply chain management and operating room safety.
Steve graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Chemical Engineering and obtained a Masters in Biochemical Engineering from the University of Houston. He then went on to pursue a medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern, Dallas. After completing his general surgery residency at Emory, Steve began specializing in plastic surgery and now maintains a private practice in Athens, Georgia. In 2003, Steve and co-worker Sean Berry began designing and developing a revolutionary line of patient safety products-now known as OP-marks. He continues to design new products for the company today.
